Without setting any goal in life one can’t success in life.Because when you set goals for yourself,they work in two ways,you work on them and they work on you.Goal setting is truth secret to success in any area of life.As you work on them,and accomplish them,you gain a sense of accomplishment.For many people,setting goals and then attempting to reach them can became like a game.First of all you think of yourself that what quality you have, because many people on seeing any movie and started thinking that they make act like the same as an actor work in this film.But this is not tru as you have no acting sense and no good face like a actor have.So think seriously exactly what you want.Your first job is to discover exactly what your goal is.Making goals specific and reachable is very improtant.Suppose you have posses a quality of accountant,your goal should be to bacame an accounts manager or executive,but not a sale manager.When you have a goal that is not specific,that unmeasurable,it actually reduces motivation,why because reaching the goal is what gives you a boost.So focus on your goal every day and see the result, the success will come in your feet.
