Before we hire people, we have to issued a brochure that related to the company’s policies. The supervisors and managers expected their staffs to read them through. That is important part of hiring procedure. Because every employee is expected know something about what they are working for. What products they are making; and the rules the company expecting them to follow. Those are the basic stuff that they should follow.

Another important part of the brochure is the ethical issue. We all expected that our staff develop a ethical concept in regarding to the environment they are working at. For instance, if you see the products you are making, wasn’t entirely follow the procedure that you were taught, or you saw something that is not right at the result testing. Inform your supervisor, or the engineer. Let them know about the problem, and make sure everything going in the right procedure. The ultimate products eventually end up at the hands of our customers. We expected them enjoy the products safely.

There were many ethics we should know, and we should have the common sense to encounter them.
