We’ve all seen those ads on the web, promising wads and wads of cash, just for answering a few surveys. Are they for real? Well, some are, but unfortunately most aren’t all they are cracked up to be.
It’s not that they don’t pay, it’s that the pay is so small, and so long in coming. Most survey companies send you one or two surveys a week, and most have a minimum payout of at least fifty dollars. That will take a long time to reach at that rate. The way it’s set up, most people will get tired of waiting for their money, and lose interest.
Most of those “get rich quick” survey sites are scams. Don’t fall for them. If the deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. And, a reputable survey company won’t charge you for access to its database of paid survey opportunities. You should never have to spend money to make money!
In short, it IS possible to make money through paid surveys, but don’t expect to make a full-time living at it. The good ones are few and far between, and in my experience, the money earned for the work done just isn’t worth it in the end.
