If you cruise around the Buford Highway area around the Pinetree plaza. You will see a many whole stores gathering around this area. They sell on large quantity, and cheaper price than retailers. Their major customers are retailers, Dollar tree, and Flea Market stalls. They don’t charge tax on their items purchase, instead, you have to show your business License, and they will require your minimum purchase amount from their stores.
I have accompanied a friend of mine, he has a small business of his own, and he selling to other retailer too. He took around this area, and to see what they selling there. They have all kind of brand name handbags, Gucci, Chanel, and Luis Vitante. And the price they charged is incredibly cheap, a merely over $14. They are definitely cheap. Other than handbags, they have suitcase, toys, and T – shirt. You can get anything from here in cheaper than market price. Some peddlers always hang around here, and buy their cheap stuff, and resale them to others.
