Chocolates and employment

I have been making and selling chocolates on and off for about 3 years now. The idea came about when I was craving for a single piece of bite-size, good quality chocolate and I could not find any so I figured why not make some! Oddly enough, I am not a chocolate lover that is why I was only looking for a single piece of chocolate…why waste an entire bar if I will not eat it.
My chocolates were very simple and very affordale and I was selling them in schools and small shops. Business was good but chocolate-making does take a lot of hours and energy to make. It would take me about 3 to 4 hours to finish 200 pieces and I would make them around the wee hours of the night after my regular work. So chocolate-making became my “in-between jobs” job…I would sell my chocolates if I was out of work.
If you will ask me, “What are you doing right now?” I would answer “Selling chocolates”, you will know that currently I am part of under “Self-employed”…
