This may not be a “secret” but it’s a pretty simple income stream. Text Link Ads is a site where you can sign up your blog or site, and they’ll send you related — you guessed it — text link ads.

I put this up on a blog a few months ago, and I’ve gotten a few bucks every month from them. It’s not going to pay my bills, but it’s cash coming in for essentially a few moments of my time putting up their code. Depending on the popularity of your site, how many ads you choose to sell and how many advertisers choose your site, it can be much, much higher. Unlike Google AdWords, you don’t have to wait until you make $100 to get paid. Also, it’s a passive income stream, you continue updating your site as usual, and they continue paying you.
