I have been making and selling chocolates on and off for about 3 years now. The idea came about when I was craving for a single piece of bite-size, good quality chocolate and I could not find any so I figured why not make some! Oddly enough, I am not a chocolate lover that is why I was only looking for a single piece of chocolate…why waste an entire bar if I will not eat it. I went to a famous bakeshop yesterday and bought a roll of cake. While at the counter, I noticed a slice of banana bread that they sell too. It looked so much like the one that I have baked in the past so it gave me an idea for a part-time business which I am thinking of starting when my hubby starts working again.
